Most of our shoes* are very wide in the toe box to allow for ample space for your toes to splay. The width of the toebox is comparable to a 2E, or EE. What does this mean, how does this compare to other shoes you ask? Well, most standard shoes in the world are a B width for women and a D width for men. So going up the shoe width scale starting with A (narrow) through EE (wide), our shoes have a wider toe box than most.
Lems are shaped like the human foot. They are widest in the toes, then they narrow to a regular width through the midfoot and heel.
* The Lems Trailhead is less wide than our other styles. These have a toe box width of D, which is the standard width for mens shoes.
