- If you are getting a GATEWAY REJECTED error:
Please check your billing address. If you have recently moved, this billing address may need to change. Sometimes you need to change it to your old address, sometimes to your new address. This billing address needs to match what your credit card company has on file. Be sure to update the postal code too. Any pending charges for failed orders will disappear within 1 business day.
- If you are getting an AVS error:
We see this sometimes with international credit cards. Your credit card does not support AVS, an internal fraud check that verifies that the billing address on the order matches the address that is associated with the credit card. Any pending charges for failed orders will disappear within 1 business day. You will need to use a different form of payment such as AmazonPay, PayPal or ShopPay, or use a credit card that was issued in the US. - FRAUD is detected
Your order may be automatically canceled and refunded if our system detects Fraud. This is an algorithm that we cannot change. If this happens, try a different form of payment.
