If you have not received a shipping confirmation email we may be able to make an address change or cancel your order. Our warehouse ships quickly, so it may be too late by the time we see your request.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We answer messages in the order in which they were received. Your order may ship before we see your message. Once you click the SUBMIT button on your order, you are confirming that the information on your order is correct. If your order is shipped before changes could be made, Lems is not responsible for errors in delivery, return fees, and or refunds for mis-delivered packages.

Sometimes there is a delay of 8-24 hours before the change can be made on UPS.com.
You can request an intercept from the tracking detail page when tracking your package or you can follow the steps below to request one from your shipping history. Please note: you must request an intercept prior to the first delivery attempt.

- Once you have selected the appropriate package(s), you can choose between the different delivery change options available.
- You’ll be prompted to provide a bit of additional info in order to submit the request.
Please note that Lems is not responsible for delivery issues and return fees related to incorrect shipping addresses. Lems cannot refund orders that were shipped and delivered to wrong addresses if the address was inputted incorrectly by the customer or if your computer auto-filled the shipping address incorrectly.

We are unable to make changes to sizes, and we are unable to remove items from the order. We can only attempt to CANCEL and REFUND orders and then you can place a new order for the correct items. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order#. If not too far along in the fulfillment process, we may be able to cancel and refund before it ships. You will receive a cancel/refund email if we were successful.
