If you are returning to a Happy Returns Bar location, there is no need for any packaging other than the original shoebox. Simply bring the shoebox with the shoes inside, and the QR code that you will receive via email after you set up the return here Lems Return/Exchange
If you are sending back via UPS or another method, the shoebox will need to be placed inside a shipping bag or box. You can use the same one it was shipped in or a new one. Shipping back in a bag or a small box is most cost effective.
