Check your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking #. Is there a photo of the delivery?Be sure to check the location where it was dropped off, or perhaps at the doorstep of your neighbor. Also, check the shipping address on your order confirmation to see if that is correct. Sometimes packages arrive the next day. If a day or two has passed and you are unable to find the package please follow the next steps:
- If you have Route package protection, please file a claim directly with this link https://claims.route.com/
- If you opted to remove Route package protection, you will need to go to the UPS site to file a claim https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page
Although UPS covers shipping issues if the package is lost or damaged en-route, they have the right to refuse claims on stolen packages.
